Mia Maugé

Model, author and public speaker, Mia Maugé disrupted the scene when she began creating content on Instagram in 2020. Passion led with a thirst for life, Mia is viewed as a role model across her multi generational audience of women, encouraging them to embrace, understand and appreciate the midlife years with energy and enthusiasm. Through sharing her own experiences, Mia aims to change the narrative around the menopause and ageing in general. Mia’s motivation is to be in spaces previously reserved for those that look nothing like her, be that her hair texture and colour, age, skin tone or body type.
