The Fifth opened in 2019 in response to the rise of The Fifth Estate and its predicted influence over culture, society and consumers for decades to come. Today we know them as the bloggers, vloggers, Influencers and social media creators who are shaping not just the social conversation, content & communities online but in mainstream culture and by extension the advertising across all channels.
As an agency we changed the Influencer marketing conversation from one led by PR and media, to one led by strategy and creative, and we led with transparency to build trust in the creator economy. As founding board members of the IMTB (Influencer Marketing Trade Body) we help to shape the standards, ethics and regulation that the govern this thriving industry and we are a proud team, fully immersed in integrated Influencer and social marketing.
Our obsessions with unique communities and cultural norms has given birth to our unique strategic planning methodologies that gives us community led cultural insights that most agencies just don’t have. We call this Cultural Fluency and we help our clients to realise theirs.

He oversees the strategic growth of the business and sets the vision. A seasoned entrepreneur with 20 years of experience in the media and advertising industry, he is also the Co-Chair of the Influencer Marketing Trade Body, where he works to steward the future of the industry.

Chiara has been at The Fifth for nearly 3 years where she started as an Account Executive and has worked her way up to an Account Manager in the Client Services team. Prior to The Fifth she worked in social media management at DDA and in fashion & beauty PR, interning at Converse & L’Occitane. Chiara loves to spend her free time going on hikes, attending gigs and eating good food

Jules started when The Fifth was in its infancy, setting up processes for managing the very first campaigns and has since worked her way up to Business Director. Jules started her career in television production casting on some major factual entertainment shows such as Saturday Night Takeaway and Made in Chelsea before moving into the social creative space managing accounts and campaigns. Jules loves a good process and seeing brilliant ideas come to life!

Rom is a Senior Account Manager with 6 years of social / influencer experience. He’s lead campaigns for major global brands such YouTube and Disney, PepsiCo to name a few. He has a passion for Outdoor Endurance brands and outside of the 9-to-5, Rom is running marathons, attempting tackling triathlons, and creating content that documents the chaos and joy of endurance sports. He brings the same focus and energy to both client work and a 20km training run. Show up, be prepared, and don’t lose your sense of humour.

Jess is an Account Director who leads end-to-end strategic, insight-driven influencer and social campaigns across platforms, combining creativity with a deep understanding of culture and audience behaviour. Jess has worked on several accounts including YouTube, The Times and The Sunday Times, TSB Bank, and Montblanc, helping these brands build deeper connections with their audiences, as proven by being named one of Campaign’s Faces to Watch in 2024.
Prior to The Fifth, Jess spent time at Engage Hub working on campaigns for H&M across the UK and Ireland.
Above all, she sees herself as an extension of her clients’ teams: invested in their goals, focused on delivering results, and passionate about building campaigns that matter.

Senior Account Director, Joe has been with us for 6 years.
He oversees the end-to-end process of campaign management, which covers pulling together RTBs, managing campaign processes, and planning content shoots. Joe also manages some of our key client relationships for including UKTV and Curaleaf.
Prior to the Fifth he worked at a start-up Influencer Marketing agency and then served a short spell at Refinery29

Rebecca Thomas is a passionate and results-driven marketing leader with a wealth of experience in social, influencer marketing, digital media, and campaign management. As Client Services, New Business & Marketing Director at The Fifth, she’s been instrumental in shaping the agency’s evolution into a full-service social and influencer marketing key player.
Rebecca is all about innovation and getting results that matter. She’s helped The Fifth deliver campaigns that truly connect with audiences while keeping the agency ahead of the curve in an ever-changing industry.
Before joining The Fifth, Rebecca built her sales and strategy expertise at Barclaycard and News UK where she led on social sales, partnerships and product strategy. Together these set the stage for her success in creating impactful campaigns and building strong client relationships.
