The Challenge
Tommee Tippee launched their TikTok channel in 2023, but with a rebrand in March 2024 they wanted to supercharge their social media content and influencer activity to help them become a cultural powerhouse and influential voice versus their competitors.
The Solution
We transformed the brand’s social channels into a destination for parents – a place where they could find answers, support and confidence through our content. For product posts we pivoted to a more design focused look, and worked with a range of US and UK parent UGC creators to add the human feel, showing products in use and sharing real parent stories. Behind all our content, we’ve used our proprietary AI tool to create a robust keyword strategy to improve search ranking and address direct consumer queries. This coupled with a trend and music focus has seen us smash our KPIs.
